SAWMILLING

The logs are sawed according to the required size taking best yield into account. They are then segregated according to its thickness and wood type. The right wood selection and cutting in sawmill is the foundation to get the best furniture material.

KILN DRY

Afterward, sawed woods are then dried in the oven to bring down the moisture content to about 8-10% EMC, resulting a stable MC material, long-lasting and excellent in quality.

MOLDING

Molding is the first component process in order to get a good, smooth and precise measurement.

LAMINATING

Wood laminating process using rotary clamping machine to create wider board it according to the size of product that is needed using high-grade and environmentally friendly adhesive.

PLANING & SANDING

Wood board then sent to Wide Planer Belt Sander machine, to be sanded to acquire a smoother surface without saw line marks.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction process using various drilling machine and CNC to guarantee a high precision work and sturdiness of joints during assembling phase is more attainable.

LASER CUTTING

The process of motif and ornament creation from veneer material using laser cutting machine, as requested by customers which will be applied to a certain furniture design in order to get a more unique end result.

ASSEMBLING

The assembling process is where we put together all or partial components together to form a prefabricated parts for knock down furniture or for a fully assembled furniture.

FINISHING

After the white wood stage, we paint the wood surface with stain or coating to enhance the texture and protect furniture from insect or air moisture. While most companies use solvent-based finishes, we use water-based finishes as it is safer for the workers and more environmental friendly.

PACKAGING

As the final stage of production, furniture are moved to packing area. The type of packing varies among different products, depend on the purpose, quality level and shipment conditions.
